you make good points, I can def see why they would stop supporting it. somewhere on these forums though someone mentioned they weren't going to be updating some software because people wouldn't use it anyway so I just assumed there wouldn't be enough use or the person that worked on it, was done with it.

in reference to the post at the top of this thread. Either the people who made/updated this hack/bot are really dumb or just simply know anything about laws in general. There is no way SE could take legal action against a company that provides a tool that allows people to hack memory on their PC in turn changing a small part of the game environment. It was SE's mistake to make the offsets etc, that controlled character movement client side instead of server side. If anything the users actually doing the hacking of their own computers would be the ones actually breaking user agreements. The only thing SE could do is ban them. Heck I bet that i...

wow i just figured with lack of interest that the peeps making ffxiapp and mrargus etc etc, that anyone that could fix/update after a patch just stopped doing that.

Does Square-enix give an estimate as to when the realms will be back up or does anyone have that info/link to that info?

All I can find is realm status which shows maintenance but gives no determination as to when they can be expected back online.

i actually got banned way back when for using pos i think. it was part of that sky atunement or w/e you had to do that required a TON of traveling so I was just POSing around and was at my very last spot when I ended up in a room with a GM....

I know it would be at my own risk of course if I were to try using it again but do you know or have any suggestions to use it but have less chance of getting caught?

haha yeah it's been quite a while. I know FFXIV is still a ways out so I figured I would tinker a bit with FFXI. Having trouble finding a good windower atm though. Probably just lookin in all the wrong places.

anyway I would like to select a specific realm but I only get about 10 realms to choose from.

Are certain realms off limits for new characters or do I need a WP?

in response to FFXIV I dunno man it looks pretty damn amazing. Basically it's the first game that I think has a shot at taking the cake over wow to the mass MMORPG community.

probably good thing they don't work... people get banned for using that stuff sooo easily!

i looked at everything wow related and it's all pretty much outdated....

should jsut delete it all aside from the leveling guides and profession guides....

so yeah is there a way to get any current wow data?
