well when you say its anime there is a very good chance that they are using the mkv codecs from here https://cccp-project.net/ i recomend installing this pack, then you should be able to drag and drop mkv files into windws media player, a warrninf will come up just say yes or whatever, thenyou should be setup and playing as mkv files are a multi audio / video format, normally you will see addition icons appear in your system tray in the lower right hand corner of your screen. you should be able to right-click on one of these to change the audio or video streams in you case you probabally have japanese and english audio, and english subtitles ...

Well my real life sweetie and I both play FFXI on Garuda; and we are going to apply a wedding in the game.

The question for you fine ladies and gentleman is thus:

If you could get married in any zone of the game and you can by request, where would it be? What would be sweet?

The conditions are that it cant interfere with Rank missions and that it must be somewhere that you wont get attacked. (can you imagine a train of gobblins crashing your wedding?)
