I have been done with FFXI for about 4 months also. I havnt even given another thought. My RL has also improved dramatically. I do play other MMO's though now. However nothing and I mean nothing consumed my time like FFXI. But that is what is different about asian MMORPG's grind..grind...grind. So now i play vanguard and WoW which when put in retrospect is very easy and less time consuming. I also am way happier in RL now. Kinda weird that everyone played this game for a recreational activity. Then it became required to get the next level, uber gear, and even best hack skill.

Well I think you should keep the site i have been apart of it for a while, (a couple years) I come in and check every couple of days to see if anything new has come to the page and to see if i can help people with questions they might have. I really do think that something needs to be done about the lack of people and content maybe some revamping and offering some newer games. I really don't play any of the games in the forum anymore. I played FFXI for almost 3 years. I think thats long enough. But anyways maybe we should try to find some of the newer content. I love the site Viva la Burnersware!!

Damn those screen shots are the shit man. However...I still love VSOH but you are correct when you say there realy is nothing that seperated the high lvl gear and low lvl gear. But I do believe having a house a flying mount camels horses and your own boat would prove to as BLING in game. Irl tons of ppl are poor but have fake looking awsome gear that they strut all the time so bling gear is not that big of a deal. When you look at ppls houses, boats, cars and ect you know what kinda money or you would call bling, they really have Plus if you like crafting this is an awsome game for that.

I personally have played since launch... This game is the best MMORPG out right now imo. Those of you Thinking you want to try it. Do it, it's the shit. Though it does have a a lot of bugs right now. It is still well worth it. They will be fixed. Trust me when I tell you people from WoW try this game and make it past all the tutorials they will not go back to WoW. Give it a shot you'll be suprised I played FFXI for over 2 years and dropped it when i started playing this. I never got into WoW it was far to easy. Dont flame me for that, because thats my opinion.

How do you do that i got banned back in Nov. mass banning with my charcter that i have used for over 2 years. I tried talking to them and fighting the system but it doesnt work. Now if there is some way to recover that charcter by another account i would love to hear it cause i have another account with different credit card info. and a new character.

As far as a kickass computer it is rather cheap to build a kickass computer yourself if you know how to. I9 do it just for shits and giggles and look at it like a slap in the face of Dell, HP, Copmaq, ect.... They charge way to much! I made a 3.4 GHZ pentium D Duel Core with 2 gigs of ddr2 Ram with 512 video for under $600

Im 28 have wife and 2 kids, 1 boy, 1 girl....I quite 4 months ago and am just now returning. I play only 2 hours aday now instead of 9-10. I work for Microsoft now and also lost abou 20 pounds. I also have more of social life now. I started golfing and man do i love it. Nothing is better then drinking a pint of vodka and driving the golf carts drunk as hell with my buddies. Except sex and football. lol So those of thinking u play to much just tone it down and take control of your life again and u will feel so better about urself.
