If you want to fish using a bot in conjunction with SE's new fishing system, then by all means pay the extra $10. The other old bots should be fine if you don't want to fish, however, please keep in mind that all of the new bots are still being worked on and constantly updated, and you never know if Burners will throw in a feature that you will want. If you don't want to fish, its really up to you, but I would just pay the extra 10 to stay "ahead" of the game.
Also the 7in1 system used by the new bots is rediculously easy to use, and there are plans to include an auto-update feature for it.

Now I tend to think that this daily fish catch limit varies. Granted I only really counted a few times, but here's my results so far. One time in Rabao I caught 112 fish in one day, until I got 20 "You didn't catch anything"s. Recently, I caught about 170 fish. Another time was somewhere in between. I have no idea what the limit is conditional upon, but I encourage further research (noting moon phase percentage and day of in-game week). If anyone has nothing to do but sit and watch yourself fish for a few hours, try to count up what you catch before the limit stops you. Maybe we can figure this out. Thanks. Ok, I have a new idea here... Maybe if you set the in-game FFXI keyboard commands to the NA ones? I'm not sure how it is set up for you now, but incase your defaults are different, here are the NA keyboard settings. If you have an azerty keyboard and your defaults are the same as mine, then this idea won't help. Anyway, here are the pics... maybe screwing with these will get the bot working for your keyboards.

Are you sure you don't have any sort of Antiailiasing or Anisotropic Filtering enabled? They should both be "Application Controlled" or "Off". I know you said that you tried everything on the forums, but I just want to make sure this isn't the problem.

This may or may not be a stupid question, but what in the world is bi-pross? If I would guess, I would think that it means you have a multi-processor machine? Just a note, if anyone does have a multi-processor machine, the P4 HT fix should work exactly the same way it works for HT Processors.

It works with the windower.
You can hunt theoretically any mob you want, though the current version will voke the nearest mob to you, so use it in an empty spawn room.
To get this bot you have to pay Burners, then send him a PM with your full name. Also the newest version that is included in the 7in1 Burnersware needs AFKtools, which cost 10$. But trust me, this package is well worth the extra chump change :blingsmile:

Exactly. You would have to make sure that no other mobs are in your voke range when your camping, or else you'll voke them not the NM (if they are closer). Burners is reportedly working on a new voke bot that would voke only the mob you want, but the technical aspects of this sort of thing are extremely in-depth and difficult, so I would'nt hold your breath for it. Zoning every one - two hours to avoid this message isn't too hard. And if you're afk and you don't zone, your bite rate will go down but you still be catching free fish. And being able to catch 200 fish a day isn't really that gimped. Granted the fishing update made a mess of things, but worthless isn't completely accurate.

Of course. The "catch only" option will be just that, an option. Like every update to the versatility of the bot, Burners will make it an option, to be used or ignored by the end user. For example the "rusty drop" option has the checkboxes, which you can not use if you don't want to, also the "P4 HT" fix has a checkbox. So don't worry about that, I believe it is a goal of Burners to allow the user as many choices and options possible for his software. (consumers like choices )

Yea I have seen this happened right in front of me when someone used an /emote right next to me. Please make sure your chat filters are set correctly https://www.forum.ffxiscripting.com/viewtopic.php?t=485 (link w/in a link). You need all these to be off: say, shout, emote, and I'm not positive but you can shut off system messages and others' fishing results to be safe. Give it a shot, this worked for me. :DD

Check your window resizing setting... you want to go to config>windows> then make sure "Automatic Window Resizing" is "on". Make the "Minimum Lines Displayed" at "0", and slide the "Window Rezise Time" slider all the way down to nothin. Do this then try it again. If your bot gets stuck again, please note if anything appears in your chat bar immediately before and/or during the autosort when it gets stuck.

I grew a few Ice Ores in my day as a gardener. Unfortunately, when I started the price was 700k, but by the time I got a yield, the price dropped down to about 150k. So I quit gardening. Its just a pain in the ass to get back to Bastok every day to check on these, and one screw up could ruin a month's yield. Basically I like your idea, but I don't know how doable it is. Think about it, your guy would have to be in your hometown MH the whole time, and you would have to leave your character logged in almost 24/7. Also you would have to buy all the correct crystals, and have room for them. Then the bot would have to recognize which stage a plant...
