It doesn't require either of those. My laptop Inspiron 1200 with a Intel chipset runs FF. Though a bit laggy, it runs.

It's a risk you take when using bots. It says it on the first page of ffxiscripting. It's like speeding. When you speed you know if you get caught you could lose your license, but you take the risk.

Almost every update changes the memory of FFXI, so every update something is going to change which will break everything until somoene fixes it. Burners hasnt been around for a while, so you'lll have to wait till he gets back
