typing error

so my bro got the prog (no worries he payed) but he said that everytime he types the screen goes black except for the burners toolbar ...... i have no clue what he's talkin bout i never had that prob. so if anyone knows how to fix it then please let me know ....thanks..... and he's also having issues entering zones ........ has to try it 2-3 times i already checked and its not the flee problem .... oh well he'll figure it out lol
