payment issues?

i just paid the 15 dollars through paypal but now it still says i have to upgrade what did i do wrong it went through paypal correctly

system is not automated, hammy still has to log in, see your payment and add you. Give him 24 hours if he doesnt notice it send him a PM with your paypal email and name
