Not sure if it was just me, but I couldn't log in or find the site for about a week. Not sure what happened, but welcome back =)
With that being said... I have a question. Does anyone know where to catch Dorado Gars? I have my gs mule to the point where he can su on gold hairpins... but dont want to spend gil on ingots. My fishing mule supposedly can skill up on the Gars... but I cant find them. Here is my current set up and bait i've used/zone/pos:
Ebs pole, fishing skill of 107, Abyssea - La Theine, Flux 4 pond(s).
I've tried the following baid. Meatballs, minnows, sinking minnows, shrimp lure, crayfish balls, and several other. I have tried the pond where you catch crocks and the one just past it (northish i think). After messing round for 90 mins... I didnt even get one to bite.
Any help would be appreciated. And again, wb =)
