built a new comp and now burners fails

I just got done building a new comp. I used burners on my old comp and it worked fine but now when I try to get into the screen that says' a word to our players" and when I click play the window sits there in black for a minute and then it shows pol wanting to send an error report. please help. When I try to save a burners setting it shows a little window saying something about a variable used without being declared.

Ok, I went into the task manager and eliminated all but the ones it wouldn't let me end and it still won't work.
