If you are getting this message it is due to a low fishing skill level, I think level 10 and under but possibly level 20 and under.
To fix this problem until your skill raises simply add a wait time to the Alt 1 macro.
so instead of
/fish
it will be
/wait 1
/fish
or possibly, wait 2, maybe wait 3
you will have to play with it, remember after level 10 fishing skill or maybe level 20 to remove the /wait that you included.
You must wait longer to perform that action *Fix*

yeah the old bot worked differently, fixed it
This is for the old bot, if you get this message on the new bot then your fatigued and probably not gonna catch any more fish so just log off and wait or find something else to do.
