Freely Visit Opposing City

If you draw your weapon, the guards will not boot you from city.

Easiest way to do this is to still sneak in to where you want to go using the standard ways.



As soon as another player walks by, attack them. Of course you are not attacking but it puts you in attack mode.



Now you can move to that inn room or vendor without worrying about getting kicked outside by guards!



As long as you keep weapon drawn!



Just remember....you have to be invisible/hidden to talk with quest npcs in the opposing city
