ringtone maker

I am hunting for a ringtone maker for my kyocera kx16 altell cell phone . Every thing i find either doesnt support the Phone or doesnt support the altell. any one know of a program i can get that will let me make my owne ring tones?

you can try BitPim https://bitpim.sourceforge.net/ its a free software. My alltel lg ax5000 was not on the list and i still found some settings to make it work. and my phone should not be able to play mp3s but i can put and play mp3 on my phone.
