I consider cool down more important..of course its gonna be for gaming! btw I just got Carnbuncles Ruby tonight. Go me! About half an hour of killing with bizznatch at quif island. :E
ok dont know what exactly you plan to do with your case is it for gaming machine or a small LAN machine.
but most cases like the ASUS Vento which have alot of cheap plastic on them falls apart so keep that in mind.
also if you plan to carry your case go with alluminum it is amazingly weightless :>.
now size factor of 3Hard drives 3 DVD 1 sound card break box all matters more then how cool the case then avalibility of port in the front of the case.
another if you can go for cases with 130mm fans thats good coolling.
and last if you have lets say 15,000RPM SCSI hard drives sound is an issue and internal parts of the case are very important, need to have rubberize mounts for hard drives, and easy access and removal mechenisms.
