I assume the reason the user can't just type in what fish they want to keep is because the bot sees an ID not a name.
If that's true, then why not have an advanced option to specify which IDs should be kept and which should be dropped.
When the bot itself sees something new in the inventory (indicating a catch) then it could echo to the screen the ID of the item caught. That way people could learn the IDs of each item.
Of course I'm just talking out my ass. I have no idea how the bot is coded.

unless it has been overhauled since I used it last it is still a pixel read bot. Iocaine in the hacks section is a mem read bot which does fish only by ID if that is what you are looking for.
