i'm on it ... lets get together and let me know what server u will be on so we can RULE ! ! ! .... got the beta ...... played it since release and realy REALLY like it .... the thing is that they are (or seem like they are ) on their shit .... they wanna take ppl to court if they find that RMTs are selling copper, silver, gold .... and they seem to look at everything REALLY closely ... if the find "exploits" they retrace the log and take actions against everyone that used it , i guess they are quick to ban too then ! ..... burners let me know if u wanna get ur hands on it .... the bata is 17G thou ..... hope fully you guys will find a hack or 2 to please the lazy guys on this site

Thunderaxe it is...I am totally game for it lets get together maybe start a guild or join a cool one. If you have any other sugestions. I would love to here em. As far as a kickass computer it is rather cheap to build a kickass computer yourself if you know how to. I9 do it just for shits and giggles and look at it like a slap in the face of Dell, HP, Copmaq, ect.... They charge way to much! I made a 3.4 GHZ pentium D Duel Core with 2 gigs of ddr2 Ram with 512 video for under $600

cool beans ...... get ur preorder ..... we can start 3 days earlyer .... start to max out different craft skills like i'll take mining and lumberjacking and u take harvesting and leather ..... easy lvling ..... and we'll lvl our char while we're at it ..... just let me know where the starting city is u wanna go to (all depending on the race u pick ) and we'll hang out ..... i wanna own a house ASAP ..... and after lvl 20 copper, silver, gold flows freely .... check out the vanguard website for links to other websites that have hints and tricks do ur research and then PM me !

I personally have played since launch... This game is the best MMORPG out right now imo. Those of you Thinking you want to try it. Do it, it's the shit. Though it does have a a lot of bugs right now. It is still well worth it. They will be fixed. Trust me when I tell you people from WoW try this game and make it past all the tutorials they will not go back to WoW. Give it a shot you'll be suprised I played FFXI for over 2 years and dropped it when i started playing this. I never got into WoW it was far to easy. Dont flame me for that, because thats my opinion.

We both quit, theres a bunch we both dont like and I think one thing I will never get over with american MMOs is there idea of what characters and scenery should look like, well WOW got it kinda right pretty with the chars and I think there maybe US based? But vanguard in the graphics department is worse then EQ2 IMO.
Dont get me wrong, on the highest settings the game looks good as does EQ2, but the artwork I guess you would say looks like something a 5yr old would come up with. This is why I was Kerra in EQ2 cause it was the only race that really looked good, again IMO.
It seems these american designers keep falling into designing characters with overized flumpy looking feet, weak ass looking skills (well eq2 had some nice ones like stealth) and just poor sceneries, it seemed like most of the higher areas are dark and dungeon like. I dont wanna be all depressed while im gaming, dungeons are cool but get old rather quickly.
I have some screenies from in game, personally Id rather and I do play silkroad which doesnt looks quite as pretty as far as polygons twerling on the screen but does have better actual artwork and visual effects imo.

I think the designers need to understand the concept of proper proportions, granted I was a hafling which are known for their big feet? maybe? but this is still the case for even the humans which have enormous feet as well. Some of the other races just look like total shit.
IM a graphics person all the way, its what made me stick with EQ2 for 40 something levels even though finding a party late at night was total hell so I finally quit. But damn that game on the highest settings had its moments.
For all out visual apeal I still say FFXI has something intriguing about it, for instance when your just starting out and u see a mob of lvl 70+ peeps rolling through the caves in E.Ron you nearly shit at the looks of their gear. Now take EQ2 for example, I have no clue if what your wearing is lvl 1 or 71 because there not much "coolness" to the higher lvl stuff. This is where the japs have it pegged. Just look at ffxi, and even the chinese seemed to get it right in Silkroad. Back to vanguard same as eq2, My buddy was in his 40's and just quit, same one that was beta and got the game right away. I couldnt even tell anyone in his party vs. a lvl 10 pty cause the gear still looked wack, I mean graphically yeah I can see the rivets on your shield ok but your shield still looks fuckin gay.

Damn those screen shots are the shit man. However...I still love VSOH but you are correct when you say there realy is nothing that seperated the high lvl gear and low lvl gear. But I do believe having a house a flying mount camels horses and your own boat would prove to as BLING in game. Irl tons of ppl are poor but have fake looking awsome gear that they strut all the time so bling gear is not that big of a deal. When you look at ppls houses, boats, cars and ect you know what kinda money or you would call bling, they really have Plus if you like crafting this is an awsome game for that.

Besides wouldnt the house be to expensive to own and instead be a guilds house and I head it takes a bunch of people and resources to build a boat so theres another thing it sounds like a guild would own and not a single person.
